Plush and All

We go by the house every week and this week this is what we found.
Doors were locked and all hardware was on the doors.
Carpet. Other flooring was last week.
Cabinets and countertops last week.
Garage door and opener.
Light fixtures.

Pumpkin Patch Part I

This was year 2 of visiting this pumpkin patch. It's at a nearby church and the people are really nice.

Sarah picked out her own pumpkin. She named him Gordon.

Daddy picked out Mommy and Daddy's pumpkin which Sarah named Mommy's Pumpkin. Sarah named Daddy King Pumpkin. She made crowns earlier in the day at the library after Wild Things storytime.

Houses that Bounce

On Saturday, I took Sarah to a birthday party for two of her friends since we couldn't go home for the family reunion. This was the first time she showed any interest in a bounce house. I didn't encourage her or even ask her. I didn't even have to get in! She did it all by herself and had a lot of fun. See what school will do.

The other half of the yard had pools and a splash pad and a bounce water slide. Bree had the place looking like a carnival minus a clown!

My very talented friend Patricia of DPR Photography took Sarah's 2 year portraits for us. I am more than pleased and very excited to have this top one above our fireplace one day in the near future. Sarah had so much fun. My Gym is one of her favorite places and she had been missing her friends since starting school. Thank you to all who attended. We enjoyed having you in our home and introducing you to our friends. Sarah always like to have new playmates in her own space. We missed those of you that couldn't make it. Hope the pictures make you feel like you were there.
