Sarah doesn't say Grandpa. When we say "Say Grandpa." She says "Papa." That's what Nadina and the kids and I call him so I guess it's just natural. Papa it is!

This was the first time that Sarah actually remained seated and we passed the ball back and forth. I rolled and she threw.

They say it never snows here but it did and on Inuaguration Day! It snowed for a long time but we didn't get out in it much since it didn't stick and I had to watch the inauguration festivities.

Spills and Thrills

Sarah had a spill at the gym. She was backing down the steps and turned and tried to step down on the last step and hit her face on the wooden side. You can kind of see the puffiness here. She had a little nick under her eye that healed up just fine. She did eventually venture off to the dolphin swing after the incident.

We give Sarah all her food now on a plate. She doesn't just dump the food anymore. And she is still oh so happy to skip the fork and go for the big pieces.

Great Toys

Sarah has a lot of great toys. Even some that were not meant to be toys!

Grandma and Grandpa (Papa) came to visit for Daddy's birthday and brought Sarah's Christmas present. "Shlide!"

She seems to like hats so I washed all her hats for next summer. This hat is from Nana. And she's been having fun with her Pooh from Ms. Tangela.

I'm sure this hurt poor Pooh.
She's also wearing Aunt D's outfit.
